6 Types Of Managers In Corporate Company/Job

If I would be a manager I would have fired all the managers"..!!!  Were the words used by one of my friend who works in leading IT company....., When I asked her "Definition of manager???"
I am not against any manager or any human being...!! But I am against all those managers or human being who thinks "Management is similar like their A*s"...... " So wherever they want they can keep it ".. And I am with all those managers who helps their team mates to achieve, inspires to reach the stars...!!!

1.Star Manager (the one out of many): believe me he/she is one filtered out of many, he/she really describe the meaning of managers, does his/her work on time, motivates teams, talk sense and believes in positivity..!

2. Flirty manager (one who is not satisfied)- I think company hired him to take care of women empowerment…So he hires Only girls in his team to maintain the equality or may be to feed his own thrust...!

3. Coward (the one who always throw stones on other)- This type of boss makes it his/her job to make everyone else responsible for fixing his/her problems. He/she takes no responsibility for his own employees, department, or results. He/she is however, the first to take credit for something which went well.

4. Unfaithful (the one who fakes)-When you first meet this person you will at first think that you have just met the sweetest, most wonderful boss in the world. You will initially get the warm fuzzies and you’ll believe that it’s going to be a great job. Do not be fooled. This person is actually spineless. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, then turn around and do the exact opposite. He or she will leave you hanging out to dry.

5. Politician (the one who plays double)- India follows the great spirit of politics, hence these managers too...they are tremendous in playing double role…they supports one who can feed them (in simple word, one who do buttering)… he/she moulds you with her/his talks and tries to rule your mind and thoughts so that you can work as a puppet for him/her…He/she can supress your words with her/him superiority.

6. The Team-Builder (One who build Team) - This is the kind of manager we all want to work for. They are competent at what they do, they know how to be open, and they solicit ideas and creativity from their employees. They are a pleasure to work with. They know how to make the tough decisions, but can do it in a way that is respectful and professional to all involved.

If you are working under manager understands the definition of manager and if your manager is in that criterion which fulfils the definition stay dere for long time... If not.... Move on dude....

To All the manager remember the fact that victory can increase the confidence of your employees which in turn increases the efficiency. You have to share the victory with people who contributed in one way or the other. Make them feel that their contribution, however small it is, mattered allot. They are the stepping stone for your success. You are incomplete without them. It doesn’t matter that in reality they do or not but it will increase their confidence and then the next time when a challenge comes up then they will work hard just to meet your previous expectation....!!!!

According to me a true manager is one who stood up for his/her mates, lead from the front, is a tower of strength for everyone around in times of stress....!!!!!!

Inspirational- “Failure Inspires Me”

Saturday late night i won a small war you can say battle. When somehow i convinced a youngster “not to give up” and convinced him for success. ….it is almost 2 years since i promised myself and started motivating the nation youngsters... Many ask me did i fail in my life. ??? Yes i failed no of times and may be still failing ….but every moment I fought like a warrior... Below few things which i always keep in my mind during my failures….hope this may help you too to fight against bad situation and hard times...

4. I remember myself Ranked 4th in diploma engineering remained UNEMPLYOED for few months.

5. My 4 year love left me in between and i fought alone made me desirable boy for few other girls.

6. I remember my first interview which i failed and today i have courage to crack 95% of interview.

7. I remember my close friend who failed and recently was the chief guest of same college.

8. I remember Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Ambani, Aamir Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Sandeep Maheswari and many more.

Yes failure is part of life, it’s an event…it’s not life…. loosing doesn’t means losing life.... some stupid said "failure gives experience"...in my case “it sucks a man, so out of it as soon as possible”...you need attitude…you need courage… you need mental support…You can come out...and you will... Don’t be afraid of acts, there is nothing regrettable…

I will not say you to fail…I will only say you to forget your failure and move on…Those who says they never failed, trust me he is a liar.. They need in person and special meeting with me, even if I am not available!!!

14 Types Of Colleague You Will Find In Corporate Companies/Jobs...!!!!

Getting a tag of employment in India is like one of the biggest achievement... And being a professional in corporate companies is like "ppl know you as a highly paid and descent person"..!!!

My few years of experience made to write this article..! If you are one who is in corporate or may be trying to get into corporate you will obviously find these folks in your office..!!!!

1. Fenku (The one who talks impossible)- he is one who always tell those stories which is  UN-believable in nature...like he had offer from other 5 MNC... Recently he got Offer from Facebook, Google, Yahoo and rejected all bla..bla...he scored 90% in engineering..trust me he talks impossible i.e. he made his wife/GF pregnant without having sex....!!!

2. Chaatu (The one without self-respect)- they are one who is known as ass licker...they May be selfish... they may be not managers favourite but they love doing it..they may be not good at work but still they are appreciated..! Sometimes, they attention to every word what their managers says and desperately follows...!!

3. Maangu (The one who ask)- yes salary is thing which can never satisfy anyone in this world.. So hence, you will always find at least one who will say at the end of month "Bhai 1000 milenge kya...????" he/she is always an emotional person..!

4. Photographer (The one born with Camera)- he is self-oriented officially photographer. You can easily find him with camera either it may be a function, an event or a special day. He is the one who withdraw salary not for his good work but for his photography skill...;) !!!

5. Confused (The one who have lot of option)- he is one who confused everyone and always keep on saying "ye last month hai".."mera kaam me man nahi lagta"...I want to do something different...I hate this. That....they are basically frustrated and dissatisfied...I read it somewhere "dissatisfied ppl do extraordinary"....

6. Corporate classy (The one who maintains class) - the guy who have actually work to do…he puts his all effort to prove himself, fights with all situations, wears formals, comes office at time and leaves at time...

7.Politician or BBC (The one who is faster than BBC)- this personality think he/she is the next PM of India or next VP of current company....he/she collects all the information from other team and discloses to own team and the secret of his own team success to other teams..!

8.Model (The one who tries to maintain 36"-24"-36")- she is one who comes to office as its party night...you can easily find her with layers of pink, red, maroon lipstick on her lips.....for her there is nothing called Saturday or Monday but every day is party night...

9. Speaker (The one who speaks fast)- I think she should be the next speaker in parliament. Most probably/usually she belongs from south India. She speaks English like Spanish.. Yes she is so quick that u never can understand her...!

10. Mr Attitude (The one who looks different)- he is one who is skilled and knows his importance…You will always find him in New looks...with moustache. ..Without beard….and almost in all new style. A kind of moody guy who don't care for any shit and hell...

11.Traveller (The one without Home)- yes u Will find him/her cause he don't travell the world but he is in your company only for few months....he/she is guest, unstable guy/girl and if you want to see check his/her resume..he/she left previous companies in duration of 3-6 months only....

12. Lover (The one searching for soul mate)- the one who failed to search a girl in college..so he joins corporate to find true love...but later realized "fresher ka pyar to team lead ya managers le jate hai"...

13. Flirty (The one with big dreams)- she flirts from fresher’s to managers and later considers to grow in this industry she need all support of manager and so she.....(no explanation need)........ She plays with emotion of many fresher’s.!!!

14. Bhai/ Bro (The one who is patriotic)- he still not emerged from all those college activities...ie sports, flirt, love, weekend fun....and bla bla...he is consider as Bhai as he keep on sacrificing his things for others....they are patriotic in nature so sacrificing is in their blood..! He always tries to become true leader. .!

Team- it is always awesome to see a group of college students having fun and hence same applies to corporate... Sometime you are lucky to see circle of these ppl who enjoys to the infinity...who talks non veg...Who admire each other...who motivates each other...and who achieves together...! My salute to all such teams in corporat

e who believes life Is one, we live it once and they enjoy infinity without any politics, criticism and ego..!

To all the readers I am not pointing you are one of above or may be combination of few....But I am sure, if you are lucky enough. You will come across above all species but choose the Best as a friend for full life....enjoy the music of corporate..!!

Re-Sume or Re-Zoom

I exactly don’t remember when i made it first time, but i believe it was in 2011. ..And i would love to share one of the memorable moments of engineers (Or may be any Graduate or job seeker) life...

I was in 3rd Year engineering (may be the start of final year engineering)...and early morning i gt to know that next week TCS is arriving to place us. The one of the best day of an engineer’s life.. My one friend told "Ritesh chal yaar aaj class bunk karte hai, surprisingly i asked kyun be ???".. yaar CV banayenge..literally i asked "ye kya hai"??...he smiled and said "Resume"..(CV, Resume and Bio-Data, all have different meaning but same mission to search job).. oh, god ...it was TCS..it was a Job...it was a dream..no doubt, the excitment was more than kissing a gal,,, so i finally decided to bunk class and we rushed to hostel and straight on lappy.. we made it ..yes we made our resume..

Next day i threw my resume , cause I got a call from Indian Air force to attend interview for Pilot.. I packed my luggage. My friend replied "Yaar, you will fly high, i will be suffering in corporate..". He attended TCS and got a tag of ASE "Assistant System Engineer". i too attended IAF-Pilot and Failed....I came back to college and after knowing my friend will work for TCS and i will be Unemployed, Soaked me from inside...

In my mind word striked is “Zindagi akele h jiyee jaati hai…dusroon k kandon par toh janaaze nikla karte hain”... hack..its Irelevent.. when i turned face i found my few other friends in same condition.. finally i was happy thinking "koi to mere sath hai.."

the next was another company..."Finally my resume was ready for next battle"... i attended interview and failed....the interviewer asked me they would love to meet a software programmer rather than meeting a sportsman... i made it again and failed..i made it again-again and failed....my resume was like "day dreaming"....i read it somewhere....“Day dreaming helps us to focus on what we want”... But I edited it in my way “Day dreaming helps us to change the perception, to gain the passion, to explore and discover and ultimately achieving what we love”....

After all i realised what i can do is : "i can edit my resume".. each job in this world have different responsibilities..so edit it according to job description... i am not telling anyone to fake but remember some wise man said "Fake It If You Can Make"...because Everybody in this world wants to win in their respective fields...so make your passion as destination...

To all those who says resume is only a piece of Paper..yak..i am not agree....it is the personality of one which is presented on paper....what you do ?? in interview is your perception...but what is on your resume is attitude which you must need to define in interview...

Summary: We are in the generation where Competition is an addiction and the consequences of it leave high impact on the individuals. But you ever thought that your resume can give you victory it can take you to destination ???..

Date An Engineer

I may be 25 and dated more than 25 but still not that much experienced that I can define… “What women want in relationship”???... I have met so many beautiful faces as friend, as a crush, as a love ….someone touched heart… someone touched emotion…someone touched feeling….and someone touched…… My last date was with a MBA Girl… “She is awesome. Superb”….i don’t want to describe much but I remembered what she said at last “You Engineers are Awesome” and hence blood of an engineer suggested me to write something why one should date an engineer….the below universally true points can really describe engineer if not 100% than sure 80% engineers comes in this category…!!!!!

1. An engineer has no idea how hot he is since he has a nerd complex through high school and college and that’s kind of adorable and sexy at the same time

2. He has done all kinds of crazy things, in college and in real life and will do it all over again with you.

3. No matter how mad engineers get when you ask them to fix everything from your car to your AC to your heart, they CAN and will do it. Yep, they are keepers!

4. They are incredibly rational, so when you get into a fight they will analyze the situation and make sure it does not happen again.

5. He has the right kind of confidence, one that charms your pants off!

6. He is not at all arrogant about picking up women; in fact, he has learned that being smart and sexy will work when it comes to women

7. He will tell you tech jokes that you won’t understand. After that, he’ll explain everything to you in simple terms. Oh the patience!

8. They grasp things quickly. So when you say whether you like or dislike something, they will remember it

9. He will talk nerd to you and it is so much better than the regular!

10. He will be attentive to your problems and will not only lend you an ear but will also fix your problems, at times, perhaps with a power point presentation.

11. He can help you code your blog and fix all your tech troubles, for that matter. You really don’t need anyone else once you have an engineer.

12. He will be the one single man who knows everything. You will not require anyone if you date an engineer – neither a plumber, mechanic nor electrician.

13. They are not scared of research and love planning things so if you are going on a vacation, they will know the best time to buy tickets and will get you the best deals. Talk about efficiency!

14. They will always allow you to give them advice about what they should wear and will take you shopping!

15. They know the value of having fun, thanks to leisure time they had in college! You will never get bored because they will take you around the city and have you explore things from swanky cafés to cool book shops.

16. When you scream at them, they will know how to handle it. They are programmed to handle stress, thanks to college professors.

17. Boy, can they can flirt! Their field of practice? With teachers and professors during submissions! But hey, who’s complaining? They will flirt with you even after they have wooed you. Who does that these days?

18. He will be that one guy who is so used to rote learning that there are no chances of him forgetting your birthday or your anniversary.

19. Almost all of them have a creative side to them – they are singers, sportsman (I am thinking about myself), writers (of course, u r reading my article), poets, musicians, guitarists, dancers (we have performed bhangra on kannada music)! How can you not fall for a multi-talented person?

20. They are masters of pulling all nighters, the sex is always best at 4:00 AM. if you know what I mean.

21. No need to be jealous of other women at his office, there will hardly be any!

22. He will do the math for you, even without a calculator. Imagine the relief!

23. He pays A LOT of attention to details. *wink wink*

24. Your parents will never say no to an engineer (during the times of my mom).

25. They are always up for a challenge. So, during the difficult phase in your relationship, they will solve them as a challenge instead of running away.

26. Their approach to dating is awesome. They want to get it right the first time!

27. He is a die-hard romantic at heart and all your dates, birthdays and anniversaries will be super romantic. And every girl needs a romantic guy!

28. They are not afraid of long term relationships once they find the right one. They will give their 100% to you.

This post is against all men and women....who think and behave in a way as if they are over authorized....!!

The thought came in my mind when I stepped into a small ground to play cricket match and I found few personalities as owner of sports... Being a good sportsman and lover of sports I only respect those who play sports in the spirit of sports..! ...

I remembered an event which hppnd with me almost 1 year back...My friend’s phone and laptop was stolen...he is a Wonderful guy.. Shouldn't hppn to him... It's a pain...it's pain of separation....it's like death of (mobile and laptop)...I think in today's world the Best Friend for all  men and women is mobile and laptop...!!!!

We went to police station for a FIR. “Sir, phone aur laptop gum hua hai...FIR karwana hai.....” Even before we complete our sentence, policeman opened his drawer, took out a rim of applications tied with a white-brown-black cable, with the top most having a spill of tea spot on it. He threw it on table towards us...around 100 applications...”in sab ka bhi phone aur laptop gum hua hai...aur bhi hain andar nikaalun...???”

He chuckled... He was proud of his own inability to act, to work for what he draw perks... Unbelievable at the age of 25 my blood pressure goes up... I turned my face towards my friends and  reacted "saala chutiya bna raha hai".....we demanded to meet senior officer ... Somehow we managed To meet him ... he refused to help us…but we got personal commitment (only cause all of my friend is army son including me) that the officer will try his best but no FIR...it really soaked me from inside and got to know the definition of inability...

I don't want to teach them how to act ...but being a technical and an electronics and telecommunication engineering guy...I know the world's easiest thing is to track a phone and laptop than searching for a human.. After all humans have not got GPS device mounted on their head... If our police system is incompetent to trace something with a track enabled services...how far can we expect ???.

Another event which took place with me, few days back I was coming back to home with my other six friends after completing a Bollywood movie police caught us as it was late night 12:40 Am... Police demanded money.. I have came across so many cases similar like this it's all cause of our decency, innocence and silence... I have faced All such events with Karnataka police.. ! No shit..! I even remember few dates and days.!

It is not only the police in our nations who use their power for things which really don't mean for them... this happens everywhere and every time..

It may be a minister of a state, it may be a policeman of Indian police services, it may be manager of a Corporate company, it may be an army officer of Indian army....it may be an elder of a family...it may be senior of a college... Out of all…few always use their power in unexpected way and they think as they are meant for it... ! Yes we are dominated by someone every time and everywhere...! You may be Shocked or surprised... But you have to accept the truth..!!

I don't want to blame any individual ...but its we...and We have to react and act..! We have to oppose wrong things... We have to fight...!

Morning 5:00 Am., cold and fog...body was shivering...I was travelling with one of my inspirational senior from Narnaul (A village in Harayana) to the New Delhi (land where India's Daughter have been assaulted)...and topic which I heard from my senior was "India's daughter"... Almost years but she is still in tears... We all want her family to recover... I have seen Delhi burning on the name of "India's daughter".. We all want nation to recover... Than why documentary "India's Daughter"????


"Mujhe sharm aati hai ki mai aise desh me paida hua jaha aise log rahte hai"....(I am shameful that I born in a country where people like these stay) was the words used by my senior... Sincerely I too think same sometimes.. Meantime I am also proud that I stay in country where people like Bhagat Singh, Sandeep Unnikrishnan Born...where leader's like Mahendra Singh Dhoni leads...the only difference between thought process...we have to change it....I know what these people deserve... I know no country on this planet is happy... Not even Japan...every country have some problem...have own problem...but rape is not only  problem...it's against the dignity of humanity....there is no place for such people who is behind this....they don't deserve death...they deserve more than death.. They must be killed everyday...!

I remembered, when I use to chat with my X-girl... I use to tell her that i want a girl child in future after our marriage.. A sweet little princess (yes sometimes we talk about our future dreams.. Nothing funny in it... every time she disagrees.. She wants a boy...I always wondered why.????...and she keeps telling me...."Ritu,you will not understand " ....

Now i knw why... She is scared..Scared of everything she faces everyday... In her way to office... In her Cab....While her journey from Bangalore to Tumkur at 8PM...In the bus...in the train.. Everywhere... Being teased, touched, harassed... Only a girl or a woman knows how it feels to live in this kind of insecure feelings every moment... From the very first day of her puberty when she became conscious about her body... in the meantime she has to suffer and survive...survive From her relative (uncle) who tried to sexually harass her when she was 10...from the guys of a nearby her home who keeps teasing her day n night... From the daily passengers who tries to feel her flesh....from everyone... No one can justify the pain what women suffers during those wild attack..she not only loose her dignity but she looses her life.. She ends with her world... She regrets being a woman...she don't trust a word "trust"...!

Women is not just a piece of meat.. She is much more than that..Much more than her clothes.. Much more than her body.. And you much more than that also.. Don't objectify her..
............Nothing in this planet gives a right to anyone to touch a woman.,,nor marriage, neither the clothes she wear,., her character is not gift it's her choice...her body is hers not anyone's body...!!!

Don’t look to see something that tickles your senses, but see a human being. ..A woman’s body is beautiful and wonderful and mysterious... Respect it by respecting her as an individual with hopes and dreams and experiences and emotions and longings. Because in the end, all they want is a life Without fear of being judged, or shamed, or condemned, or objectified, or being treated as other. Women are not weaker than men. They are not the weaker sex. They are the other sex. Protect them..Respect them!
