Usually I do
research and make strategy daily early morning between 5 to 6 am and write in
diary, Sometimes I love to explore or share with people.
Today I did research on Customer Service.
After getting into Corporate I realized it is really very difficult to get
million dollars client but not impossible! But the most important is
maintaining relation with client called customer service.
Yesterday I
experienced best part of Customer Service! I went to have cotton candy! A small
boy of age around 13 gave me 3 cotton candy. Unfortunately he was not having
change of 1K he told me "Sir aap wait karo mai change lekar aata hun"
the kid ran to near shop and got change and said me "sir aate rahiyega" touched
my heart and I learned a lesson of Customer care.
Meanwhile
holding my Sony mobile in hand I realized whether Sony knows Customer Service
and it is obvious no! Sony products are best in market but they failed to
impress the Customer and I decided I will buy cotton candy again but never Sony
products.

deserve to become the CEO of Sony
