4. Group study ke dauran baar-baar ye kahna ke 'ab kisi ne koi bakwaas ki to gaaliya khayega'

5. Padhne se pehle pages count karna aur phir "chor yaar ab mood nhi hora Kall se pakkkaa padhai shuruuu..

Finally u caught me, Yes Correct!!  I am talking about engineers or an engineering students....I am in mood to talk about engineer...The reason is nowadays it's not a profession it's a product... You can find them anywhere or everywhere...

They are Career oriented ???-In India "Ppl first complete engineering later they decide what actually they want to do"..here ppl born as engineer "ladka hua to engineer and ladki huyi to doctor"... I want to prove this.. I was recently travelling from Chennai to Bangalore.. I found few youngsters selling tea and vadapav outside railway station…..The way they were communicating made me to ask their education background.. They both sincerely replied "They are Engineers"....you will find engineers becoming a model, actor, actress, author, writer, sportsman-woman, politicians, entrepreneurs…Yes unemployment sucks and it totally affects the career of an engineer.. I remembered one of my closest friend scored 9 pointer in engineering from India's top most institute's and remained unemployed for several months….I remembered myself scored 8 pointer and holds sports certificates still initially was unable to search a good job for myself...I have seen engineers working for bucks in range of Rs.8-10 thousands…. Still India s producing engineers….still Indian families want to make their kids engineer...less Jobs, unemployment..then y this degree..???.. Y u are producing engineers???.. to make them working as a labour or to insult the person.!!..or to play with someone feeling.!!. To challenge someone self respect..."" ??????..I may be rude..you may give a damn..you may talk shit..I don't mind...I am ready for open ended questions..I am open for argument...

They are subject oriented?? .."you have to believe ".. They read approx 50 subjects in the journey of 4 years.. , I think Albert Einstein won noble prize for contributing his effort towards physics.. If I am correct... . But no engineer appreciated his effort during 4 year of course.. But whenever engineers came across physics…almost all engineers criticized him once .. There is one more subject called Biology...it's not in the course of engineering.. But an engineer can become a Best biology teacher or a sex-pert ...sometime they are also known as love guru...ha..ha. Breakup is like a new movie in Bollywood for them which releases every Friday....

Best part about being an engineer?-Nothing in the world is "magic" anymore.  You understand how the computer works and why that mouse can come up on your screen.  You understand how your air conditioning works, and why buildings are built the way they are. You can marvel at how much time something took, or how interesting that someone chose to design something that way.  But at the same time, you can't just look back and say "wow, it's amazing that people can do things like that."  And you can't watch anything sciencey on TV without your overactive bull-crap detector going off like mad...yes it is done by the engineers...engineers are one who convert an Innovation into reality….

If you read my blogs carefully in starting I said engineers are products... Yes cause they can fit in any shape and can be used in Any domain or industry.. I have seen-  mechanical engineers writing java codes.. civil engineers working in telecom industry.. Computer science engineers working in Tech support or BPO....nowadays engineers are a product not a profession...:)

Summary: Today we are in the era where we can easily hear that "Ek tha Bhagat Singh", "Ek tha Gandhi", "Ek thi Sone ki chidiya", "Ek Tha Sandeep unnikrishnan", "Ek tha Nehru"......

And if it continues in the same way ….. So, after 5 years….You will listen "Ek Tha Engineer"

Start-Up Sucks??

EVERY ONE WANT TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN DREAMS….ha..ha..he..he…I was just kidding….so truth is only few want to follow their own dreams remaining want to work for other dream…. The silliest part which our youngster is following nowadays, its start-up or Entrepreneurship…. We all think, how cool these founders of startup are….how simple their life is…..did really they work???.... what they loose-Nothing???...

Today in every company….out of 4 people who sits in cubical…2 are Co-founders of stratup…. Being a founder/Co-founder, Why the hell they still sits in other company and work for someone else dream… reason may be many…but few may be like.. they want to impress GF, parents and bla..bla…. RIP to dreams of my two closest friend… ..Co-Founders of Foodman-Bangalore “company died in 2 months only.. after inauguration…. I know they will be sitting in cubical of some company and might be planning some idea to explore for new Start-Up….. 

Entrepreneurship is not only passion for few people its addiction like having romance with GF every weekend… and such people never give up on their dreams…they don’t think for failure…they try and they keep on trying…they fail or pass doesn’t matter to them….only matters is “NO REGRET”….!!!!

You passed...You failed.....You won....you lost... Doesn't matter... Here what matter is "log kya kahenge ???"....

Why the f*ck I born ???

Can I create employment for nation???

I can go for extraordinary or should I live like an ordinary man???

Above Questions popped in mind......and I resigned company...Bye To A corporate classy job....The day I resigned next day I got call from a manager of a leading company to join his team....I rejected the proposal saying if I need his help I will get back to him... my friends started commenting and criticizing...what the he'll m doing?  Y I quit regular job? Whats wrong with me??  And so many words against me... The reason May be anything....but I want to follow my passion..... Trust me there are so many people who work for others dream rather than working for their own dreams....!!!! People may talk anything but I thot to follow my dreams  and Give a try (it's good to regret after trying rather than not taking any risk) and started working on 2 start-up ideas with the help of few good ppl, foundation of strong team and of course agreement with few good software companies...!!

Life is short so do what u want to rather what others want you to do.!!

You know what stop us to follow own dreams.. It's only log kya kahenge....Let me start with a small story... Few months back, I went to school to pick my sister daughter....I found a lady scolding a kid of age around 5 yrs... I went close to her and asked "what hppnd ??"... She said her son scored less marks in exams.... I just smiled and replied madam it's okay next time he will do better... She said it's okay for us too but log kya kahenge?... I had a strong argument with lady...I give back for ppl who talk shit.... But sorry to Say after all  the lady wanted to follow the spirit of log not mine... I think My sister baby understood that what I wanted to say and she told Me "mamu I scored good marks hamare log kuch nahi kahenge chale"....we both smiled and walked towards home.....

Trust me only few people live for their passion remaining just compromise with dreams saying log kya kahenge....

Its your life. Run, scream, laugh, cry with joy. Do whatever the hell you want. How does it matter for people who don't have their own dream....?

To all those people who thinks for infinity and have dream to do extraordinary If you have any idea start working on it. I am open for new opportunity and looking myself to explore with start-ups...! Reach me if you think your ideas may make difference in world..!!!

This was due for long....I wanted to write it when I watched movie PK... Character of my life is neither to be Aamir Khan of movie "PK" nor to be Akshay Kumar of movie "OMG" so I delayed it... I knew, Writings must be targeted at readers. I knew that this topic would never find a reader...But I was electrified when I read my Whatsapp ."Bhagwan hi sath nahi hai"....also being one of the human and knowing my culture..I don't think I deserve to write on this topic....God??  Who is God?  Where he/she stays?  Is he/she in prayers?  ...seriously don't know....!!!! If you find, tell about my prayers too....!!!

I remember few days back when I met an old friend.....I behaved like counselor for 1 hr..... her story is common like the other few youngsters of nation …She is in love <3 with a gentleman since almost 4 yrs.. According to her she prayed for him daily.... But now she is going to get marry some other guy... And when I asked her why? She said it's “God wish”.... I asked her what she want? Reply I got is whatever God want...!! I am highly spiritual and a true believer of God....but I learned God gives what we want.. For what we work... If there is something called destiny then everyone destiny is "As Your Wish"....it's we who dream and work for it and if we won't get what we desire ....is not God wish.... But it's compromise with the effort and hard work... To all those on this planet if you are dependent on God start working...learn to give your effort.!! You will succeed..!!

Divine on Earth- MOM

Yesterday Late night 11PM..... Frustrated, tensed and was missing something, it's story of mine.... I went to mirror, looked in it and asked a question to myself reason of sadness...?? Reason of my sadness... ?? is it cause my start-up idea is not functioning??  is it cause of not having GF??  is it cause of not going for trip?? Is it cause of knee pain after marathon??... Reason may be all but being an youngster of a leading country like India where population itself describe the competition if you are worried about above things....better suggestion “find a chair...give rest to your **s”..!!!!
I remembered sentence of my senior who always motivated me saying "if you have pain...wait for good time...have patience and you will get something better"..he may be a good philosopher but I follow different philosophy and it's “find the reason behind pain, take medicine and kill the pain ASAP”.....
After all, I realized that the reason behind my pain/sadness is "I dint talk to my Mom since last one week”.. what next???...11:30 PM…And I rang a number a sweet lady picked the call before I could speak.. She said.."kya hua, nind nahi aa rahi " ??....I just replied "aapki yaad aa rahi thi"...her logical answer "to aaja ghar".... I said "chhuti nahi milti"....she loves Bollywood and replied in same way.....”Sanjay dutt ko jail se har mahine chhuti mil jati hai, tu to engineer hai private company me kaam karta hai...tujhe kyun nahi???”.... She made me emotional and before mu tears come out I laughed loudly...!!!

My strong belief that all moms are similar... I think mom is not human…She is god...You know y, They teach us to walk, they make us shine with cream and powder, Comb us every morning, make us “Raja Bacha” every day, they hold our hands and teach us how to write, they bought us pencils and pens and lion, cricketer notebooks, they accompanied us to toilets…”mummy dar lag raha hai”…”bete chalo dekho main dekh ri hun”…they carry us in their laps and show us they teach us life…they watch our all actions..
I don't want to compare mom love and also it doesn't exist, mom can't be compared…..Only I will say love your mom to the core of your heart. "She suffers pain of breaking approx. 17 bones while giving born to us"

Summary- First time request to my all readers to do practical..."Just go.. keep your head in mom lap...talk to her of her choice, her time (I mean when she was at your age)..." I can bet you...you will enjoy it..!!

It's neither a story of bravery and nor I expect any appreciation..... But I think everyone in this planet need to understand the meaning of humanity...!!! 

Specially we Indians... We only love to criticize things...we show sympathy for dead person...we burn candles after rape cases....!!!

Allahabad, Friday evening around 7 PM...I was on my way back to hotel after having my dinner and evening walk....I found a boy of age around 14yrs, bleeding....his head had wounded badly by some heavy stone...the blood flow was not stopping.... it surely could have killed him had it continued for another 10 mint... I saw, more than 15+ ppl standing there like statue (I seriously wanted to ask those ppl what they were thinking? )... And other few crossed saying...chalo..chalo.. (I wanted to ask those ppl, where they were getting late? ).... But I thot let's first help the boy, later I will ask these ppl... I called emergency #100 (Police)...which automatically diverted toemergency#112...and it was busy... I called 6 times continuously...But.. Busy, Busy, Busy.......I asked a person standing there "where can I find police station" ?? He replied 500 M approx from here... I started running and before entering the police chowki an young constable stood and came towards me and asked "kya hua"? ..... I said sir, koi buri tarah injured hai.... He asked - kaha?  ...I replied- pass me hi... He started walking with me ....I just requested him "sir thoda tez chal sakte ho, uska khoon nikal raha hai".... He started running with me.. Once we reached the accident place.. He Called police station and informed regarding the boy...I think, his seniors told him to proceed in auto rather than waiting for police gypsy... Constable proceeded in private auto appreciating me "bahut achha kaam kiya" I just replied "Thank u Sir"... Few ppl standing there shaken hands with me and remaining passed me smile...!!!

Summarry- For the young constable..I appreciate his courage...if all police personnel start making efforts like he did... Soon police will earn good name in society..!!! To the Indian government you again failed and gave example of shit...wtf ? Why #100 or #112 was busy ?? And why I dint receive a call back ??..!! To All the readers...whenever you see any kind of situation similar like this... Please come forward and help...don't think about the outcome...! Take help of near resources like police and hospital.! Don't stand and wait for someone....! At last, if nothing, at least you will give new life to someone unknown and the proud which you will feel will be remain with you for your life..!!

My Resignation

"YOU ARE FIRED"  - May be the words used by management or board members of Apple group...when they fired CEO of Apple Steve jobs in Mid-80's...!!! If I am not crazy....trust me I have a dream to get fired by any of the management of any company...!!! 
Do you know the meaning of resignation???... If not go and read Wikipedia.... If you read I think u may be agreed....but I am not... According to me Wikipedia must need to edit it... I am big believer of science and technology and so Newton’s third law says "every action has equal and opposite reaction"...! If an employee doesn't not perform management fires him/her....!! Same way if an employee resigns… he/she fires the management/leadership and company...!!
Wikipedia please edit it as "resignation means when a person fires the management or company"...or please change the meaning of fired, remove the fired tag from Steve jobs life, cause for so many youngsters like me he is a role model....!!!


Tuesday, Early morning, so many msgs in my Whatsapp and no of calls by my frnds why the hell I resigned??? I was not in mood to answer all….but i wanted to have discussion with my roommates cause they are one who always stand behind me in my all decision and Before I could say something.... My one of roomie asked is this cause of occasional 12hr shift ? or management ? or leadership ? or do I want to explore ? .. Or..... or...... Blaa...bla…?
I think, this is not the best time to answer..! But, answer to my friend who said 12hr shift..! Trust me keeping your ass at same place for 12hr in a day surely increase the size of your ass..! May be doesn't sounds good but if you want try it, do practical and see the result after 1 month....! I have seen it, my friend who runs 6KM daily and worked  12hr in night shift for 1 month still he looks like he will deliver baby soon.....I wish being a guy he won't.... !!!


For, The one who says management and leadership....!  Yes remember "all managers in this world is not a leader but all leaders are a good manager”… and trust me getting a tag of manager doesn’t ensure you are a leader…!! So, Dream to be a leader rather manager... Experience may make u a manager but to be a leader you need dedication, discipline and commitment...!!! 
So, u can resign your management when you find your management doesn't have courage to look into your eyes and talk...!!  Yes when u realize they are playing double..!! When you find they talk creamy in front of you and do opposite behind you..!!!
