6 Types Of Managers In Corporate Company/Job

If I would be a manager I would have fired all the managers"..!!!  Were the words used by one of my friend who works in leading IT company....., When I asked her "Definition of manager???"
I am not against any manager or any human being...!! But I am against all those managers or human being who thinks "Management is similar like their A*s"...... " So wherever they want they can keep it ".. And I am with all those managers who helps their team mates to achieve, inspires to reach the stars...!!!


1.Star Manager (the one out of many): believe me he/she is one filtered out of many, he/she really describe the meaning of managers, does his/her work on time, motivates teams, talk sense and believes in positivity..!

2. Flirty manager (one who is not satisfied)- I think company hired him to take care of women empowerment…So he hires Only girls in his team to maintain the equality or may be to feed his own thrust...!

3. Coward (the one who always throw stones on other)- This type of boss makes it his/her job to make everyone else responsible for fixing his/her problems. He/she takes no responsibility for his own employees, department, or results. He/she is however, the first to take credit for something which went well.

4. Unfaithful (the one who fakes)-When you first meet this person you will at first think that you have just met the sweetest, most wonderful boss in the world. You will initially get the warm fuzzies and you’ll believe that it’s going to be a great job. Do not be fooled. This person is actually spineless. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, then turn around and do the exact opposite. He or she will leave you hanging out to dry.

5. Politician (the one who plays double)- India follows the great spirit of politics, hence these managers too...they are tremendous in playing double role…they supports one who can feed them (in simple word, one who do buttering)… he/she moulds you with her/his talks and tries to rule your mind and thoughts so that you can work as a puppet for him/her…He/she can supress your words with her/him superiority.

6. The Team-Builder (One who build Team) - This is the kind of manager we all want to work for. They are competent at what they do, they know how to be open, and they solicit ideas and creativity from their employees. They are a pleasure to work with. They know how to make the tough decisions, but can do it in a way that is respectful and professional to all involved.

If you are working under manager understands the definition of manager and if your manager is in that criterion which fulfils the definition stay dere for long time... If not.... Move on dude....

To All the manager remember the fact that victory can increase the confidence of your employees which in turn increases the efficiency. You have to share the victory with people who contributed in one way or the other. Make them feel that their contribution, however small it is, mattered allot. They are the stepping stone for your success. You are incomplete without them. It doesn’t matter that in reality they do or not but it will increase their confidence and then the next time when a challenge comes up then they will work hard just to meet your previous expectation....!!!!

According to me a true manager is one who stood up for his/her mates, lead from the front, is a tower of strength for everyone around in times of stress....!!!!!!
