The festival which doesn't care for any religion... the festival which doesn't care for any country….  The festival which sells more alcohol in a single day compared to any other day... The festival which distributes more gifts in a single day compare to all other day…. New year is always in a mood to forget the pain we suffered in past and look for the new upcoming Success..

The best part what i like during new year is its resolutions...yes resolutions are the goals you set aggressively for yourself.. I have seen my friends, family and society  telling "Ritesh, is baar mai resolution leta hun ki...bla ..bla..and bla.. :)..Like .." I'm going to exercise more. I'm going to network more. I'm going to start that business. I'm going to lose weight. I'm going to be vegetarian. I'm not going to flirt any more. I'm not going to drink any more. I'm going to quit Smoke. I'm going to be a model. I'm not going to tell lie and lot more.....  

I know it's not easy to keep at it, day after day, and week after week... I have seen ppl breaking their own resolutions.. It’s your wish! If you have your New Year’s resolution? Plan to keep it... A smart plan...

WhatsApp-"A" Revolution

2 years back one of my friend told me "dude, naya aap aaya hai download kar named WhatsApp".I opened play store and searched for "Whats up? ". I dint find anything..hopefully I replied him "Yaar mil nahi raha hai".. He reacted "bugger it's WhatsApp not Wats Up? ".. And finally I downloaded....

I don't know whether u know or not but the Best daily selling products in India is "Gol-Gappa" ...yes it's Panipuri...the consumption of "Gol-Gappa" is more than the consumption of tea glass..but shocking part the no of messages send  thru WhatsApp is more than the consumption of "Gol-Gappa" in India....

Today I am in mood to write about WhatsApp.. I will separate the part like Logical and Illogical..everything have two parts pros and cons.. But being a technical guy..I will not write pros and cons of WhatsApp..cause its a Technology..it's a revolution..and if u or me talk about Technology..in coming months or years 100% It can beat us with its new version...

Logical:- Oh yes Marketing..! Respected WhatsApp I sincerely want to understand from where you make Money.. Is that Google play store that gives you money or does network like Vodafone, Airtel,  Bsnl etc pays you money.. No,  I don't think..then Respected 'Mark Zuckerberg' y u bought whatsapp paying huge 19 billions dollars..? If u are not crazy than what ???..?. I don't think... I think it's marketing.. Believe or not..  WhatsApp is an addiction..today it's in mind of youth.you can easily find this app in everyone mobile...you will find ppl using in metro, at roads, office, bus, platform, train even in washrooms....
So, If this addiction continues in the veins of youth and if WhatsApp charge even Rs 50 for one year from each user..WhatsApp can boom in one day..I am not sure but I know WhatsApp will do this one day.. Let's c.. Let's wait...

The only thing they should improve is the feature of "last seen at" should be changed to "last seen with".. It can definitely make difference...

Sometime life is not easy.. Sometime pain hurts..But pain is Temporary.. I will not write about pain but i will write how to come out from pain...since many days i was going thru hell.. was fighting with life and death..somehow i won.. I want to thank all who supported me specially one Angel who mentally supported me to win the war of life.

No one love Pain and No one Deserve Pain.. !!!!

I know It is not easy to fight with bad situation. But a moral support can make us to come out from this.

I Am "Misogynist" ?

It was late night or morning 2:30 Am- I was on trip to Goa, was enjoying with my best buddies.. I received a call , one of my friend c wanted to speak...I dint pick the call as I was tired cause of beach bath.. But I read a message in watsapp "Hi Ritu"…there are really few who call me by this name…and she is a sweet fellow, my corporate colleague..…and we exchanged thoughts..shared stories..I wanted to say bye..but turned out to where I avoid it the most… , somehow,she showed courage and asked it…and even before I could think and start typing back…another message appeared, ”haan haan tera to standard bahut hain, tuje kahan koi pasand aaegi, bhav khata hai” !!! she took me completely wrong ..!!! I know, The worlds difficult thing is to convince a girl…still I tried, "mujhe interest nahi hai, faltu ke chij ke liye…”, I was rude, but a real woman can understand and she understood..she knows I only talk sense..she knows me... she’s princess .. But still she said "F@ck Dude, Tune ek chance kho diya..you are misogynist and later she blocked me in watsapp".. Literally I dint understood to the core. But she made me very silent !!!

Biggest thing for me is what I want from life and what life want from me.
I live for my cause ”only Country and BLOOD”…I believed there is nothing like love but only blood and country …it flows in you and keeps you attached no matter what…u do awesome or bad still you are of this country and your parents...u are spoiled, u fail, u succeed, u r wrth or not…u r still a part of your parents and country... no matter wat u think about this…no matter if u give a damn about it.... But if I speak about love I will only give 'bull shit', i remembered recent Aamir Khan "PK" movie song "Love is a Waste of Time".. i am totally agreed...love in your word creates boundary-limitations in my word, I can relate and prove with some of the natural and excellent examples. But I will not. I want u to experience and realise the real fact.

According to me The real love is Mom and Dad love,they have affection for us..
I will not  write of father…they are just proud of their blood…I will say about “Mom”…I will say about mom love…

Being a man, I have absolutely no idea what women think, or what are their perceptions, what are their instincts and priorities, but it doesn't matter, every girl will be mother someday and they no longer will be humans, humans live for themselves..mother lives for her kid… men remain same throughout…they become dads and they Will be humans…I know what fathers think..i know about their anger, I know about their proudy behaviour…men will be men… men will be humans…females will b god one day…yeah god...

I may be not the world hottest or smartest man. But I know I am coolest. I respect them who respects me. So, I too blocked the girl. Leading my life for my cause and dreams.!!!

Y U Need "Break-UP" ??

Today morning, I opened Facebook account and I read a status update "I am getting married"..... it's by one of my close friend. It seems as if the majority of my friends are settling down, falling in love and moving in with their girlfriend or wife.I felt like, I was being left behind.......

I turned my face towards past, thought for long time, went to past, remembered my X.... And after all what I realised is the grass which looks green is Not really "GREENER"..
Trust me lot of relationships don’t work out and a lot of ppl who are in relationships may eventually start wondering what else is out there....
I will write few things which you really can enjoy being a single or after break up.. After figuring this out, you might also think, its better to be single ......

1.Travel-you will get chance to roam world, to meet different ppl, to find new friend.
2.Time- you can spend quality time with friends and family.
3.Sports-You can play your Favourite sports.
4.Career oriented- yes you will love your work gradually you will find career growth
5.Dating- Go on as many dates as you want. may be you will find someone really awesome.
6.Books- you will find lot of time to read a book or write a novel.
7.Bed-you will lie right in the middle of bed, cause one day, you’ll only have one side.
8.Freedom- You will Enjoy the freedom of being able to make decisions based solely on what you want.
9.Sleep-you can Stay out late and sleep in as long as you like — who’s judging?
10.Yes- Be a “yes” person,You have more space in your life now than you ever will...don’t let any opportunity pass you by.

"We Live Once" ??

One of my smallest but very meaningful Blog. Ppl have different perception about life. I know ppl have different things, they talk, they express, they live.. ...

But truly I say "We Live Once", "We Dream Once", "Passion Is One","We Die Once".. Remaining is compromise...

The thought came in my mind when today morning I was leaving my home for cricket match ...my all time  favorite neighbors baby asked "Anna, today she will come with me".. I thot for while asked her mom, her mom replied. No problem take her, but I should help her to complete her home work in evening, I agreed .....Baby dad left us till stadium in his car.. He asked me take Care of her.."I replied, Sir don't worry if c s ur daughter then c s my younger sister.."..

The time she was in ground.. She enjoyed ..She cheered..She shouted... She kissed me saying Anna love you... She is awesome..She is Princess.. She is cute.. She is sweet... She is a kid.. She is an Indian Kid..

Is really a life too short to enjoy or too long to struggle??

I remembered The one of the best movie "Kuch Kuch hota hai"... And dialogue of Sharukh khan "Hum ek baar jite hain, ek baar marte hain, shaadi bhi ek hi baar hoti hai, aur pyaar, pyaar bhi ek hi baar hota hai"..... I really don't know how true is above lines but i still remember in same movie Sharukh Khan married twice...also loved twice.....

I don't want to say about death the reason is frankly I have not seen it.. But hope "Jab aayegi to uske bhi alag andaaj honge"....

But definitely I will say about life... Yes we live once, live it with dignity, style, class, dance, sing, enjoy, fun, shout, cheer .. so after all an exclamation mark should come rather than a question mark..... Past I have seen it.. Past never comes back..  It is only remembered..

As i promised kid mom i helped her to complete homework, meanwhile i wrote this blog and published it.. :)

At last I will say... "Good or bad.. you have to feel it..to the core.. Story continues as it is but Life goes on"....!! Yes We live once..!

Looks Is "Beauty" ???

I noticed one of my close friend keeping “French beard”. I got inspired by him and planned to leave my beard moustache unshaved but it made me really embarrassed as one of my neighbor's baby started calling me uncle “A transformation from Anna (Bhaiya or Bro) to Uncle”. !!!!!! ..

Next was my one friend found my pics in FB and called me “Dude mota ho gaya... (dude, you became fat)”… And next hurted me to the core, my brother met me and said “you are 29...get some bhabhi now”...seriously?? 

“What???? 29???...no am not”. I looked in mirror.

After all I realised, I need a barber. Next morning I rushed to near barber shop …and assistant barber cleaned me up, senior barber at the counter asked a question...” Yava shaaleyalli odhuthideera "? (In which school you are studying )..???”...

I replied...”uncle engineer hun (uncle I am an engineer)”... All men sitting there started laughing and he took few minutes to digest it and I dint mind.

So inspirational is our looks always matter “how we present ourselves” matters lot. Nothing wrong in wearing good clothes and eating well. It builds and shows our personality directly or indirectly.

Wallet and Smart Phone

Few Months Back….When I left my best place Bangalore. ..I still remember the "send-off" of my 9 decent friend at Bangalore Railway Station like a “Soldier going for war”… And of course a great welcome by my best buddy "An Army Officer" at Delhi railway Station (but he was with me only  for 5 days, later got transfer to Assam ).. 

I can't forget word of my closest friend that "tera man nahi lagega Delhi me, tu bahut jaldi wapas aayega" in simple words they wanted to say "i will be back soon"…...

Later my Technology attitude made me to do research that what we need to start a new journey at New place. It suggested me the thing what we need is a Smart phone with list of many contacts and a wallet filled with Debit and Credit Card….

Now, My Experience can bet you..... That you can walk anywhere in the world with your wallet and phone wearing decent Clothes/Cloths....

Infinite Possibilities

This is why I don't like the "school-going" education system…….While studied from India's top 25th and J&K no 1 boarding school, and later higher education from Defense/Paramilitary College and other leading institutes. All failed to teach me a lesson of INNOVATION.

This pain I realized when i wanted to start my own business "my start-up idea was at peak"…. but..... I can bet you start-up is nor easy neither worthless.

Few months back, I read a story of an Innovator in a leading newspaper. I wanted to meet him, after lot of struggle somehow I found his contact number. And recently I met him. ....After meeting him, I was really impressed that there is something called marketing. This Marketing "GURU" taught me few lessons of sales and marketing for start-ups..... Trust Me, ...after conversation I actually wanted to know his educational background or qualification and when "I asked him" he just started laughing.... He is school drop out. ...But to get name in society he Completed BA "Bachelors of Arts" from some open university....He works for Leading company as a Business Development Manager.

Summary- Education System Make Us Dependent. It make us to think about only finite possibilities. It's limited. But World Need Innovation and infinite possibilities.

My salute to all school or college drop outs- Bill Gates, Aamir Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Sandeep Maheswari etc..

How To Propose A GIRL

After all my inspirational and motivational Blogs...Today i decided to be a bit romantic and write something about love and of course there is nothing wrong as i too have some feelings…. But i think I am not lucky enough to convert my girlfriend into wife or fiancé but i still remember my sweet girl who daily use to complain about my hair style, my fitness bla.. bla.. bla.. regardless of her hectic office schedule.

In remembrance of her, I want to convey a message to all new generation lovers on how to propose your girlfriend. 

My experience says propose your girlfriend in any mall front of number of people. Take her to CCD and express your love. Take her for long drive and propose. Railway Station is not too bad option. Take her for candle light dinner and propose. If possible Take her to some natural places like top of mountain, middle of desert, scary place, boating in lake, walk on beach, water park etc. and propose her. Of course present her a bunch of flowers or A ring or teddy bear or a Casio watch. Use old Bollywood style to propose, placing your knees on floor and heads up. I know it need lot of COURAGE and little bit of money but trust me if you can't show your courage in front of one with whom you are willing to lead your life, then how you will fight against the world and talking about money, don't worry it will come again. 

I can definitely assure you 99% of gals will say YES, remaining 1% they need a doctor.

Stop proposing in Whatsapp, Facebook, Messanger and bla.. bla..

Today I did a small research on Technologies.

My research suggested we all are slave of technology. Technologies doesn't sucks but we are crazy. I met my cousin after almost 8 years met her son of age 10 years. Wen I met the kid the first sentence which I heard from him s "mamu aapke mobile me game nahi hai". I said no, he said internet. I replied yes. "Fir download karo naa". I did, trust me he is not smart he s slave of machines guided by idiots like us. I remembered my childhood. Wen I met my mamu. I asked him "pass me cricket ground hai chale and that made me athlete".

I got chance to hear few stories from my friends this time it was Facebook. One of my senior who works in USA fell in love with one Indian gal in Facebook. Crazy guy requested gal to send her pic….somehow gal escaped but he visited India to not only meet the beauty but to marry. When he described the gal trust me I lost trust from FB… it seems she is the combination of other 4 beauty. ha..ha..he.....

The recent incident with me I got chance to date a gal at India's best dating spot… New Delhi CP my bad luck It was Sunday and the time 45 mint c was with me I received 11 calls and finally the sentence I heard from her is I am getting late and I will meet you some other day. …She ran away I left with the recipiet of Bill.

We all are slave of technologies. ..We are losing our originality because of this. Today mobile is one which makes our head down in front of everyone. "Agar internet naa hota to" the kid May deserves to become the next Tendulkar of India. "Facebook naa hota to" May b my senior deserve better gal Dan her. "Agar mobile naa hota" to ofcourse my date would be successful.

Guys these things are part of life. Don't make it life. Switch off your mobile, internet, laptop, machines etc. Live your life with your parents, love, friend, kid. They need you. Stop looking down. Look into eyes. The common example, we all have 1000 of friends in FB but we are still lonely cause its world of fake where people show fake sympathy. Be Real.

The kid deserve to become the CEO of Sony

Usually I do research and make strategy daily early morning between 5 to 6 am and write in diary, Sometimes I love to explore or share with people.

Today I did research on Customer Service. After getting into Corporate I realized it is really very difficult to get million dollars client but not impossible! But the most important is maintaining relation with client called customer service.

Yesterday I experienced best part of Customer Service! I went to have cotton candy! A small boy of age around 13 gave me 3 cotton candy. Unfortunately he was not having change of 1K he told me "Sir aap wait karo mai change lekar aata hun" the kid ran to near shop and got change and said me "sir aate rahiyega" touched my heart and I learned a lesson of Customer care.

Meanwhile holding my Sony mobile in hand I realized whether Sony knows Customer Service and it is obvious no! Sony products are best in market but they failed to impress the Customer and I decided I will buy cotton candy again but never Sony products.

5. Risk taking ( you only achieve one out of 10, remaining 9 no need of explanation)

Great !!!!

You have an idea you want to execute go ahead but it will pain you. Did a Small research on entrepreneurship, met India’s Best entrepreneurs, met the international CEO's of US, France, Canada, and Russia. Read the stories of all. You know what all are common man/woman like us with good heart.

The journey of start-up is never easy.

1. You May suffer with a disease like "can-do"or "will-do".get ready to be called a patient.

2. Your idea is okay but execution will fail get ready with 10 way of execution one will sure hit the bull eye.

3. You will separate yourself with your mom.if c calls and ask "beta kaisa hai" your reply will be like "mummy baad me baat karta hun".Family doesn't comes in mind during start-up.

4. You are not anymore favorite boy of your love and you don't deserve to say her please go beauty parlor finally you will be seprated. Love is not in the life of entrepreneur.

5. You can’t enjoy the old monk or desi daru with your friends as you will be sharing your ideas with someone else in professional way with a cup of coffee or Max a glass of beer.

6. You can't sleep full night as you have to plan for next day. Your eyes will be always red looks like you cried last night.

7. You will lose 2 to 4 kg of weight. You really forgot the routine of breakfast, dinner and lunch. You will skip your food.

8. First time you will understand the real meaning of fear-you can't walk alone on road.

9. You can sacrifice your well-settled classy corporate job thinking you don't have much time to execute your ideas. You have to compromise with your good-salaried job.
