Being "BANGALOREAN"

Do they Cook only rice items ???
Is it a land of black beauty/girls
???
Don't they speak Hindi
???
Do they hate North Indians
???
No to “late party”, Night life sucks ???
Are they caste oriented and orthodox
???
And most important do they worship Ravana instead of Rama
???

Give me break...above said is fake…!!!!

In July 2006, I landed on the land which people called South India (to readers I am not biasing India on the name of south or north it’s just my experience)…..Yelahanka railway station one of my favorite place…. Moment I got down and I heard a voice asking “Nivu yellige hogabekku ?”, it came from an auto driver…..I gave a confused and tough look….but my dad who was standing next to me replied to him “Hamari Army ki gypsy aa rahi hai, usi ka wait kar rahe hai”….. he said something back in kannada…..we ignored

What was next….my first outing after 2 months when I joined college…. I studied Diploma from BSF IT (the institute which is made for only defense/paramilitary force kids …) the strict discipline of college not only made me sportsman and badass but also taught me to avoid locals/Bangaloreans…. My first trip to BMTC bus from Yelahanka to Majestic (KBS)…..conductor asked “tikech..tikech” instead of ticket I replied “kannad gotiyalla”….. frankly he said something which sounded like abusing me…I argued but my local friend/hubli guy who was standing next to me said bhai its “kannada gotiyalla” not kannad gotiyalla”……….for new comers never say “kannad gotiyalla” if u say so then run quickly or they will break your legs…….my first intraction with bangaloraens made me to avoid Bangaloreans….Hence to avoid Bangaloreans I learned the word “kannada gotiyalla”…..trust me anyone who comes to blore first time they learn “kannada gotiyalla, “uutaa aiytaaa”, "Chill maadi" and few other things which I don’t want to describe......i avoided Bangaloreans for 3 yrs its not because I wanted to but its because I dint find much Bangalorean in my circle….as my college mates were from different parts of India and son of Indian armed forces…..

In Aug 2009, I landed on Tumkur leaving all my friends in blore….an unknown place and first day what I liked waa SSIT Library and nothing else…..(read my upcoming article SSIT,Tumkur)…..somehow I survived in Tumkur for 3yrs….transformation took place I met with so many Kannadiga, whom I made experienced hindi speaker including my x girl…they too tried and taught me “swalpa swalpa” kanadda…I remember a day when my friend asked me my IPL fav Team, I said CSK..he replied wht the fuck, why don’t you shift to Chennai”…jokes apart he is one of my best friend who support Bangalore team…

In Feb, 2014…I was fed up and decided to move to New Delhi (Capital of India)…I landed there and came back in Aug 2014…the love and smell of Bangalore pulled me back...

Today after 9+ yrs of stay in Karnataka (Bangalore+Tumkur), when I look at myself….I feel this land has transferred me from a kid to gentleman…I am addicted to Bangalore's  Weather, OrionMall, MG road, Toit, Marathali Bridge, Chai Points, SankeyTank, Bengaluru Marathon, Strivers Cricket Club, Malleswaram , JP nagar, Bangalore Girls, Karnataka culture and many more….

Bangaloreans are awesome when I address them as Anna, they address me back as Bhai…when I had been to their house they prepared chapatti-sabji for me instead of idly-samber…I still remember the day when I visited my x-girl house, her mom took almost 2hrs to cook special dish for me instead of dosha…my other friend's mom cooked chicken for me instead of offering me ragi-mude…..trust me i never liked ragi-mude so wenever i feel sad, I desperately eat South Indian Dish Ragi Mude, Which make me to realize there is something more bitter than my sadness....

My thanks to all the wonderful people in Bangalore or blood of Karnataka for helping me and giving me opportunity to grow in Bangalore….to all the New people in Bengaluru... It’s not inevitable to learn Kannada in Bengaluru, but it'll make your life a bit easy.....

Women in my life...!!!

The idea is not mine to write on this topic....it's one of my friend who insisted me to write on "women ruled in my life" but I edited and changed  it to "women in my life" as I just crossed 25 years of my life and that too only with 7yrs of mature mind therefore how I can say women ruled in my life, so below are some Gems of my life....who are responsible for my transformation from Kid to Boy, Boy to Man, Man to True Man and True man to GENTLEMAN....if you are of my age I am sure you have come across these ladies……

My Mom- She is Neither a programmer nor a marketing Executive…. my mom is a teacher who taught school kids during her 20’s.......credit goes to my dad defense job due to which today she Can understand and speak more than 5 Indian languages and travelled almost whole part of India with Dad…. I can say she is the sweetest lady, Pearl of wisdom whom I treat as God....when I recall my school days.... I remember the days when she used to prepare three Tiffin like a super-mom within 20-30 mints of time that's too in the coldest winter of Jammu & Kashmir...she is empathetic, sensible, tender… I found her crying while watching movies and TV series like Kumkum, Kasam Se and many more…… and today when i  am 25+ and a grown up kid, the world has changed a lot for me but mom is and will remain same.
I love you mom ...!!!

My Sister- My first friend on planet with whom I still share my secrets....the phenomenal lady who left job and decided to earn degree as much as she can.....best part she's counting.....today even after her two little princess she still loves studying with her daughters......i always enjoy our fights and sharing funny secrets, I stolen her diaries and read her diaries, annoyed her and later she invariably end up loving me....sister is the Best creation of relation on earth... I remember sometimes when my Dad used to scold me...she is the one who used to cry with me...when I used to say "I will die"...she used to follow my spirit "I will also die with you".... !!! I love you my stupid Sister…!!

My Grandma- “Old is Gold”…..I born Hindu but she is the one who taught me "God is one".
The person behind my spirituality is my grandma…. My humbleness and respect to elders is precious teaching given by my grandma to me due to which i always have a blessing of my elders….I still remember the days when she used to take Care of me with her tender heart and soul....her soft hands on my chins, her lap and unique way to feed food to me. I know she will be still worried about my health, food in heaven...!! I miss you "Dadi"..!!!

My Aunt(s)- I came across number of Aunts in my life as my family used to relocate in every 3 years due to dad job, hence  all aunt performed like CEO in my career...all of them encourage me always to score good not cause of motivational speech but cause of Fear of society….. Heartily respect all of them and hope wherever my aunts are…they all will be happy with their families…!!!

My Friends (Girls)- list never ends... And moreover don’t want to bias anyone…hope I may write about few in future...

My Girl- Not in mood to write now…some other day….!!!

Memories are countless with the above ladies and still on count......the good thing is they all born out of the selfless love and care and even if they scold us, it’s all for our good......!!!
Big thanks to Alexander Graham Bell who keep me connecting with these people every day except diamond in life (grandma)... Kudos @Priyanka for helping me to write this....!!!!

"Ek Tha Engineer"

1. Jo samajh na aaye.... Declare it out of course..
2. Har semester ke end mein ye elaan karna ke agla semester start hote hi padhna hai..
3. Apna cell off kar ke padhna aur 5-5 minute baad on kar ke dekhna ki koi msg to nhi aaya??
4. Group study ke dauran baar-baar ye kahna ke 'ab kisi ne koi bakwaas ki to gaaliya khayega'
5. Padhne se pehle pages count karna aur phir "chor yaar ab mood nhi hora Kall se pakkkaa padhai shuruuu..

Finally u caught me, Yes Correct!!  I am talking about engineers or an engineering students....I am in mood to talk about engineer...The reason is nowadays it's not a profession it's a product... You can find them anywhere or everywhere...

They are Career oriented ???-In India "Ppl first complete engineering later they decide what actually they want to do"..here ppl born as engineer "ladka hua to engineer and ladki huyi to doctor"... I want to prove this.. I was recently travelling from Chennai to Bangalore.. I found few youngsters selling tea and vadapav outside railway station…..The way they were communicating made me to ask their education background.. They both sincerely replied "They are Engineers"....you will find engineers becoming a model, actor, actress, author, writer, sportsman-woman, politicians, entrepreneurs…Yes unemployment sucks and it totally affects the career of an engineer.. I remembered one of my closest friend scored 9 pointer in engineering from India's top most institute's and remained unemployed for several months….I remembered myself scored 8 pointer and holds sports certificates still initially was unable to search a good job for myself...I have seen engineers working for bucks in range of Rs.8-10 thousands…. Still India s producing engineers….still Indian families want to make their kids engineer...less Jobs, unemployment..then y this degree..???.. Y u are producing engineers???.. to make them working as a labour or to insult the person.!!..or to play with someone feeling.!!. To challenge someone self respect..."" ??????..I may be rude..you may give a damn..you may talk shit..I don't mind...I am ready for open ended questions..I am open for argument...

They are subject oriented?? .."you have to believe ".. They read approx 50 subjects in the journey of 4 years.. , I think Albert Einstein won noble prize for contributing his effort towards physics.. If I am correct... . But no engineer appreciated his effort during 4 year of course.. But whenever engineers came across physics…almost all engineers criticized him once .. There is one more subject called Biology...it's not in the course of engineering.. But an engineer can become a Best biology teacher or a sex-pert ...sometime they are also known as love guru...ha..ha. Breakup is like a new movie in Bollywood for them which releases every Friday....

Best part about being an engineer?-Nothing in the world is "magic" anymore.  You understand how the computer works and why that mouse can come up on your screen.  You understand how your air conditioning works, and why buildings are built the way they are. You can marvel at how much time something took, or how interesting that someone chose to design something that way.  But at the same time, you can't just look back and say "wow, it's amazing that people can do things like that."  And you can't watch anything sciencey on TV without your overactive bull-crap detector going off like mad...yes it is done by the engineers...engineers are one who convert an Innovation into reality….

If you read my blogs carefully in starting I said engineers are products... Yes cause they can fit in any shape and can be used in Any domain or industry.. I have seen-  mechanical engineers writing java codes.. civil engineers working in telecom industry.. Computer science engineers working in Tech support or BPO....nowadays engineers are a product not a profession...:)

Summary: Today we are in the era where we can easily hear that "Ek tha Bhagat Singh", "Ek tha Gandhi", "Ek thi Sone ki chidiya", "Ek Tha Sandeep unnikrishnan", "Ek tha Nehru"......

And if it continues in the same way ….. So, after 5 years….You will listen "Ek Tha Engineer"

Start-Up Sucks??

EVERY ONE WANT TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN DREAMS….ha..ha..he..he…I was just kidding….so truth is only few want to follow their own dreams remaining want to work for other dream…. The silliest part which our youngster is following nowadays, its start-up or Entrepreneurship…. We all think, how cool these founders of startup are….how simple their life is…..did really they work???.... what they loose-Nothing???...

Today in every company….out of 4 people who sits in cubical…2 are Co-founders of stratup…. Being a founder/Co-founder, Why the hell they still sits in other company and work for someone else dream… reason may be many…but few may be like.. they want to impress GF, parents and bla..bla…. RIP to dreams of my two closest friend… ..Co-Founders of Foodman-Bangalore “company died in 2 months only.. after inauguration…. I know they will be sitting in cubical of some company and might be planning some idea to explore for new Start-Up…..

Entrepreneurship is not only passion for few people its addiction like having romance with GF every weekend… and such people never give up on their dreams…they don’t think for failure…they try and they keep on trying…they fail or pass doesn’t matter to them….only matters is “NO REGRET”….!!!!
If you are planning to start own….if you want to explore or innovate…. If you want to know the life of a startup junkie…if you want to see the pain of entrepreneur…

You must watch: TVF Pitchers: The Only Indian Show At IMDb Top 250 and The Best Comedy Drama Series Of India. http://tvfplay.com/show/detail/14/Pitchers (Follow the Link)....If you want the downloaded version you can contact me too…..

9 Things you will learn after watching TVF Pitchers…

1.             Everything looks possible when we are drunk…a beer bar is best place to innovate ideas…a beer bottle can produce best example in the world
2.            To make any decision for a married person is much harder than others….so, try to innovate when you are single..
3.            Every Big decision needs lots of sacrifices….present becomes X…and parents are always right….lol…
4.        Arrange marriage is sometimes more successful than love….only if woman understands you…
5.            A man can never convince a woman who gives him… love/Sex….if need clarification try it….
6.        There is always a friend who is simple, silly and ignored in group….kool they are funniest and very important….
7.            A person who is more kool, is like a hot volcano which can erupt anytime…..need to agree
8.            Song which we and our friends sing along to cheer us up.” Wo sikandar hi dosto kehlata hai
9.            Never give up-After all the downfall, all the sacrifices, all their strong efforts, so much of fights one thing which is admirable about them is that they Never gave Up and they always support each other. And that makes them finally to reach their destination……

God Bless Start-Up Founders”

Log Kya Kahenge

You passed...You failed.....You won....you lost... Doesn't matter... Here what matter is "log kya kahenge ???"....

Why the f*ck I born ???
Can I create employment for nation???
I can go for extraordinary or should I live like an ordinary man???

Above Questions popped in mind......and I resigned company...Bye To A corporate classy job....The day I resigned next day I got call from a manager of a leading company to join his team....I rejected the proposal saying if I need his help I will get back to him... my friends started commenting and criticizing...what the he'll m doing?  Y I quit regular job? Whats wrong with me??  And so many words against me... The reason May be anything....but I want to follow my passion..... Trust me there are so many people who work for others dream rather than working for their own dreams....!!!! People may talk anything but I thot to follow my dreams  and Give a try (it's good to regret after trying rather than not taking any risk) and started working on 2 start-up ideas with the help of few good ppl, foundation of strong team and of course agreement with few good software companies...!!

Life is short so do what u want to rather what others want you to do.!!

You know what stop us to follow own dreams.. It's only log kya kahenge....Let me start with a small story... Few months back, I went to school to pick my sister daughter....I found a lady scolding a kid of age around 5 yrs... I went close to her and asked "what hppnd ??"... She said her son scored less marks in exams.... I just smiled and replied madam it's okay next time he will do better... She said it's okay for us too but log kya kahenge?... I had a strong argument with lady...I give back for ppl who talk shit.... But sorry to Say after all  the lady wanted to follow the spirit of log not mine... I think My sister baby understood that what I wanted to say and she told Me "mamu I scored good marks hamare log kuch nahi kahenge chale"....we both smiled and walked towards home.....

Trust me only few people live for their passion remaining just compromise with dreams saying log kya kahenge....

Its your life. Run, scream, laugh, cry with joy. Do whatever the hell you want. How does it matter for people who don't have their own dream....?

To all those people who thinks for infinity and have dream to do extraordinary If you have any idea start working on it. I am open for new opportunity and looking myself to explore with start-ups...! Reach me if you think your ideas may make difference in world..!!!

"God Bless Log"
